My contribution
In 2014 a small, interdisciplinary digital transformation team was created to explore new opportunities within Sonova. The team included a manager, four developers, a business strategist, an audiologist and one UX designer. We started by creating a vision of the connected client and his journey to better hearing along new digital touch points.
For each phase of the journey, a service was envisioned to help the customer achieve his goals. Individual projects were then developed, tested and released with our retail partner in the UK.
Tasks included
• Helping to shape the vision
• generate mock-ups for each of the phases/projects,
• present and evangelize the company on the basis of the story
